TBH, I need all the help I can get so I put it out there. If someone wants to help, GREAT. Biscuit could use help with his boarding, I need help with rides, etc. I know most of you would rather pull out Ron's tooth with some pliers but I am still paying on MY root canal, etc.

I can't believe you are asking for money for ron when you know he spends $500 plus a month on vodka. That is not right. Why not tell him he will need to put aside x number of dollars to save money for his dental work and update the go fund me to remove the bible requests (you have plenty of bibles at your house right now).
You should probably update it to state that you no longer hand out bibles or candy and tracks.
I thought I was pretty clear I'm not doing the Bible handouts anymore. Ron is in acute pain now so it will have to go on the credit card. We have enough limit on that but I was hoping to save that for home repairs.
But, I am terrible at asking for help and lately I feel like God is drilling that into me, I need to ask for help.
The Bibles are actually in storage as they were in perfect shape the flood did not roll that way.
If that's the case then remove all references to the bibles. Plus be honest about why you need the money because your alcoholic husband spends a monthly rent payment on vodka.

We didn't take money from my Dad because that was for pipes. Don't get me wrong, if he wanted to loan us a couple thousand for new toilet, kitchen sink, and water heater I would absolutely take it but it hasn't come up.
Dad is still deeply worried another pipe is going to go. I will be talking to my insurance lady about that tomorrow.
I started the fundraiser for the Bibles so they need to stay, besides I like the photo of Ron and I working together. All the videos talk about house damage only and the Bibles being OK (what I had left) so OK on that.
Then you need to start a NEW fundraiser. It is against go fund me terms of service to do it the way you are doing it.
I will make it more clear. Go Fund me is messed up today, I tried to kill the Bible fundraiser and start a new one, it wouldn't let me. So I edited the old one which makes it look like I have $2K - I wish! That is all out in the hands of many strangers now.
