Not a good morning.
He peed on the floor, he's getting belligerent... this is not a good party. I just want to crawl somewhere and hide. This should be a happy day, Yay! Replacing the plumbing, no more leaks... instead it is this.
I feel positively battered.

You’re doing a great job handling the repair process. It sucks but in the end you will enjoy the clean house, new floor and fresh paint. Hugs.
WI can't believe he peeded on the floor in front of the plumbers usually he is pretty good around strangers. It could have been worse he could have taken a huge dump on the floor. I can't see owing your dad ALL this money now and with him getting completely wacked out. What happens if he won't pay your dad back, stops paying on the house? All this expense just to lose the house would be very sad.
