Small update on headache remedies

I did order some hemp extract roll on with essential oils, roll on.  And an ounce of hemp oil will see if that works, both together were the cost of a jar of gummies, which were far less servings, so we will see.  I used to have an essential oil roll on that worked pretty good forget what happened to it but we will give it a try.  

I do listen and this is one reason I do keep the comments.  :)  Headaches have been minor this week but we all know I have bad weeks and this will be handy.
