Some nice massages

When I am stressed out I can get really bad abdominal cramps.  I had some last night, they were pretty severe, me running back and forth to the bathroom (thank God for a small house and a short trip), doubled over, horrible expulsions, etc.

Biscuit got into bed with me and went to work as I lay in bed.  He climbed up on my belly and began kneading, and all the knots dissolved.  He kept at it until he was sure I was better, then he curled up next to me.  When the cramps came back, so did he.

What a lover.  He was just what I needed.  I didn't sleep very well but I felt very loved.

I woke up with a pretty bad headache so had to take some Excedrin, I am really trying to cut back but have taken more the last couple weeks, and we can thank whoever reported me to APS for that.  If they meant to help: they didn't.

So I got up and dealt with Ron he could get most of his clothes on OK.  I just had to help with the shirt.

I have to take Ron to his doctor today.  That also means I have to pick up his prescription in a few days.

But Ron had me set up his debit card with Uber so it won't be coming out of my account any more.

And Blogger decided to take away the new post button I had to go back to the old blogger to get it.  Frustrating.

Our ride should be here any minute I need to go.

Why don’t you try eating clean to get rid of the headaches since you say it’s all food triggered? That seems like the cheapest and easiest option and healthiest. Instead of ruining your lungs and liver and kidneys.

Kidneys? You mean the lithium because that's the real kidney hazard.

From all the soda you use to combat the headaches.

I drink about 2 gallons of water a day on top of the soda. No shitting, for real. I do a lot of Crystal light packets.

You say you have to keep your sodium levels high and then talk about how you drink 2 gallons of water a day plus I think you said you have 6 sodas a day. All this liquid dilutes and depletes sodium levels and i truly doubt you drink that much water daily. Perhaps the crystal light us a cause of your migraines. It is filled with a lot of chemicals and they can cause migraines.

I've had a gallon easily since 7 PM. I took some salt tablets as I was craving salt, that's generally a sign I need some. I have a truly ferocious dry mouth and dehydration caused by the lithium.

More exaggeration so you don't drink 2 gallons of water a day.

More than that actually I am already on my third liter and it is 8:30 in the morning. I don't care what you believe but I have a 2 quart water bottle on my nightstand and drink half of it every night (that amount not counted in my earlier amounts).

A person cannot physically drink 2 gallons of water per day or even over that amount you can die of water poisoning. I can't take this you are just being insane now.

That is 13 cups of water by 8:30 in the morning. You must spend a lot of time in the bathroom.

A healthy bladder can hold one and a half to two cups (300-400mls) of urine during the day and about four cups (800mls) at night. It is normal to pass urine five or six times a day if you drink between 6-8 glasses of fluid.

So you must be peeing 15 - 20 times a day if you really drink as much water as you say you do.

Dangers of Water Poisoning (not to mention it depletes electrolytes which could explain why you aren't acting right lately).

There aren't any firm guidelines about how much water can kill you, but drinking more than a liter (L) or so per hour for several hours isn't something doctors recommend. Read on to learn more about water intoxication, including its symptoms and when it can be life-threatening.

Drinking too much water can cause hyponatremia. The symptoms of hyponatremia tend to be neurologic. Patients may complain of with headache, nausea and vomiting, lethargy, and confusion.

Perhaps your migraines are caused by drinking too much water and the resulting sodium depletion. No sane person should be drinking that much water and then adding how many sodas into the mix with it.

Doc has never said anything about too much water just to make sure I keep my sodium up. He especially mentioned that when I was working out in the garage, to drink sport drinks and eat a lot of salt.

I have a really ferocious dry mouth. BUT I will get some sugar free candy at Walmart and try one instead of water now and then.

You still pump your body full of toxins. Any attempt to get sodium via canned corn is washed away from your alleged water use, but you eat and drink nothing healthy, it’s no wonder you have these ghastly migraines. I mean what do you have to lose to go on a clean eating diet for like a month to see what happens? Water, clean food, no sugar or processed food or alcohol. No pills needed.

"Doc has never said anything about too much water just to make sure I keep my sodium up." Is he even aware that you are drinking that much water everyday? Mention to him how much water you drink and see what he says. 2 Gallons plus how many ounces of soda.

"I have a really ferocious dry mouth." That is from your medications. Drinking water doesn't really solve that the way you think it does. They have a mouthwash called Biotene that is supposed to help with dry mouth from medications.

Biotene didn't do much but hard candy does help. I put an Icebreaker in my mouth when I go to bed, it helps. Then I wake up several times and chug on my water like a sailor. I bought some icebreakers, spearmints (regular full sugar kind), and some coffee Werthers today, hopefully that will help.

The spearmint is very tasty.

I'm making a veggie stew tonight and a lentil and ham stew later this week. Fresh food and vegetables, or less processed, can only help.

These headaches have been ferocious and miserable. I do need to take better care of myself and I actually have some energy for cooking.
