Laundry room ceiling fell in.
We need a restoration company, per the plumber, but it should be covered by insurance.
Restoration company is coming today, and will handle the billing. I still have my insurance papers out.

Your carpet should be pulled, mold issues will continue, but it should be covered by the home owners insurance TOO !!!!! Then get rid of it, and do tile or vinyl.
Restoration guys are in there right now. Insurance is covering. Everyone is taking a million photos which I find creepy but I know it is necessary.
