Since I added a magnesium supplement. I added it primarily to help heal up my hand but it has the added benefit of much better sleep. I wish I had known about this after Ron died. I will be buying this ongoing.
I normally just buy the vitamins in the yellow bottles from my Walmart. I have had good results with them.
When I got up this morning I put all my bedding in the wash. I like to use some baking soda in addition to the detergent as it makes the laundry fresher and doesn't have irritating residue.
My friend in apparel found a PJ set and brought it to me recently. I said it was cute but I don't wear PJ's. "What do you wear?" (she is a woman). So I told her "Nothing" and she went crazy and went and told some of the other women "Heather doesn't wear anything to bed!" Who cares? It's my bed. But because of that I like gentle detergents.
Many years ago I was in the Kaiser HMO and I had a mole on my back that was bleeding. I finally figured out my kitten, Buddy, liked to climb my back and his claws were opening it up. But Kaiser of course freaked out and sent me to a dermatologist. She offered to freeze off the mole but I kept it and she said I was allergic to my detergent, she could tell, looking at my back. She advised me to use the free and clear stuff and I have.
I did get a BOGO special on Arm and Hammer Detergent at Kroger so I use that for shirts, pants, socks, and then underwear, bras, etc. get the Tide free and clear. It works for me.
I need to take my shower.
[closing it out as I have come and gone to work already]
