Some of the photos require a little back story.
New spot to do Bible study. Note the cat condo for Spotty.
My first Bible. It has been through everything with me. Interior is in terrible shape it needs to be rebound. But it's my first Bible.
My maternal grandmother's Bible. It is in better shape than my personal Bible. Grandmother's Bible is about 85 years old.
Dedication page on grandmother's Bible. She grew up in an orphanage and the director gave her the Bible on her graduation.
Bible Dad gave me about 10 years ago. I asked for this specific one but he upgraded to a hard back. He also gave me the devotional (another occasion) in the next photo. The devotionals I buy tend to be very ragged paperbacks.
My daily "If I could only have one Bible this would be it" Bible. It is a pew Bible, hardback, giant print, letters of Christ in red. I have marked it up with favorite Bible verses. I didn't want something too expensive as I tend to give away my personal Bibles if I see a need.
Biscuit, however, is ALL mine. 😂
Some Handout Bibles:
Bilingual Bible. These are popular.
King James "Invitation" (about 50-75 cents each depending on quantity bought) with the "Where to Look in the New Testament" tract/bookmark.
One of the last of the big NIV's I have. This is not a great Bible to hand out if a lot of people are walking around. People can stick "The Invitation" in a pants pocket but not this. Other than that it is a fine Bible and everyone seems to like the cover.
People are going crazy for these and I have handed out about 3/4 of them.
Even the box is nice (clearance special originally $25 marked down to $5. A sponsor got me a case of them).
That's it for now!

Wow. The dedication page in your grandmother's Bible is so touching. Just beautiful.
My grandmother had a really sad ending I will do a blog about her.
My adoptive Mom made a good point, that while my grandmother and mother were not channels of blessing I have become one so the blessing did "come down" to me. You can form your own opinion on that.
