If you think he may be getting blocked take him to the vet now. Don't wait. He is such a special little gentleman I would hate for anything to happen to him. Your friends would tell you no such thing and would support your decision to play wait and see.
After examining him I am not sure he is blocked but definitely going to the vet today. He did rest pretty well last night in bed with me but he wasn't hungry this morning.

Glad you are going to the vet. Always good to go even if it ends up being nothing.
