Yeah, vet wasn't too happy. The food is yummier and Ron is always good for treats. She is about 7.5 now.

Why not give Ron a certain amount of treats per day to give out? He loves doing it--taking it away is gross, but the cats are getting big. If he knew "I have THIS much until tomorrow" maybe they'd still get to treat out and he'd enjoy it but they wouldn't plump up?
If he thought their health was at risk he'd do that.
One thing I need is a firm figure on how many treats, how much food per day. I will ask about that when I take Biscuit in to be boarded. "10 treats + a half cup food a day each" would be great. Just a general rule.
I did manage to get Biscuit down a pound between Feb and July but have been more generous with his feedings. Spotty has an absolute obsession with the urinary formula and I want Biscuit full so he doesn't eat the yummy wet foods.
