Tantrum
Ron just had one in Sam's club when they told him he had to upgrade to plus. A manager and I managed to calm him down but I am exhausted. And I haven't even gotten to work yet.
Adding I just looked at the plus membership and it seems the only reason he would have to had to upgrade is if he wanted the extra services and features a plus membership had (and was using without the upgrade). Do these apply: Earn Cash Rewards, Free shipping, Early shopping hours, Free select prescriptions or Discounts on glasses? If not to all then Ron had every right to have his tantrum today.
Apparently he can no longer shop early unless he is a "plus". For our account, it cost $46 to upgrade but early shopping is worth it. Allegedly we also get cash back on purchases, something that didn't happen with a regular membership. So, we'll see.
They got their gold star but Ron made it expensive. I did not envy that manager.

Plus the employees HAVE TO try and get members to upgrade to plus. I hope you guys did not get suckered into getting the "upgrade."
