Ron is polishing cans

Of soda while using up all my carts.  I can't do snacks, the machines are empty, and we only have a couple hours.

I was already profoundly unhappy before.

So tell him to knock it off. I really think these pain meds are messing with him mentally and he would do better just drinking more.

He is unfit to work

Why to f-ck is he polishing the soda cans? This is nuts. Not to mention his wanting to give food to #6. Sounds like he is going off the deep end.

They were sticky. He washes them off before stocking them. IN a way, I admire his commitment to the customer; but it delays things and I don't think any other vendor does it.

You made it seem like he was just wasting time polishing cans to make them shiny. I wonder why the cans get so sticky.

Ron’s only commitment is to Ron.

Oh, some of the cases are always damaged in transport, and leak syrupy soda all over. They never burst/leak the diet soda. Nope, always the sugar pop.

One of my jobs every month is going through the shipment and sending back the dented/broken cases. But if another case leaked on top of a good one I don't know that until we open it up.

No, he wasn't just polishing. He likes them sparkling clean when he puts them in the machine. I do admire the work ethic even if it slowed me down.
