Ron's having a good day
Singing along with the radio, sitting in his wheelchair in his underwear. Cute.

The thought of that man sitting in stinking underwear he hasn't changed in weeks is revolting. I would have a good day to if the doctor gave me some pain pills. Sounds like he has relief since he got another refill. At least tell the truth about the real reason he was screaming in pain (because he ran out of pills)
1. He does not have his refill yet. 2. He took most of his pills during the worst of the pain, until I started giving him kratom, which helped. He has some left, just not a lot. 3. He changes his underwear.
