He wasn't drunk, he was just sloppy in his transfer. He said he landed on his butt so it sounds like he didn't touch the seat to verify it was where he thought, before he hauled his butt out of the vehicle seat. First time in about 16 years of riding.

Drunk on the paratransit. Not good. She had to report it because of liabilities.
