Tomorrow

Is the 20th anniversary of the accident.  Very depressing.   I will do some shopping after work and get a ride home.  Tomorrow will be heavy rain so I can't go out.

I am glad it took me so long to figure out..

I don't understand why people would memorialize a tragedy.
My dad used to do that too. It's kinda dark.
Remember what the Bible says about thinking on what is good and lovely.

Let it go already. Rons dead no use in rehashing this for the rest of your life. Even if the accident hadn't happened ron still would have been an abuser and a drunk. It's just who he was. You both didn't really pursue justice against this guy or just picked a really bad lawyer but none of that matters anymore.

I'm going to allow the hateful post. The driver broke traffic laws but, upon discovering Ron had 2K cash (for inventory coming in that day) the policeman "forgot" about all that, falsified the accident report, and "lost" the witness to the accident. So there was no earthly justice. The driver is still out there living his life. The cash disappeared as well and when I asked the officer about it point blank he said the accident was MY fault and walked off. So the officer got away with being corrupt as well.

It was the worst thing in my life. Finding Ron dead was a piece of cake next to that.

Dealing with the aftermath has been a cornerstone of my blog. If you don't like it take off the bookmark (directed at hostile, abusive, post).

So you know there is no actual real justice on earth. And God looks the other way. Just like there is no such thing as karma either.

Well I agree there is no Karma.

God used the accident for good, I handed out thousands of Bibles out of that. Still doing Scripture booklets would have done NONE of it without the accident.

I was cheated of earthly justice, though. He should have gone to prison (the driver) for a while and lost his license for life. He admitted to several people he ran a red light. Officer should have lost his job and gone to prison for stealing the money and falsifying accident report. Insurance should have paid more than 20K which ended up to be $2K for us. For a life in a wheelchair.

But God did use the accident for good.
