Some losers: the Salon pas patch "Good for sprains" not mine. Shower time was awful only surpassed by "handwashing after toilet use". And "fixing my hair?" Hideous.
Winners: generic brand Naproxen gel caps. Ginger root capsules. Those did the trick and made life livable. I have some Epsom salts I bought and dissolved in some very hot water, I will soak my hand after I finish posting.
Don't plan to post much just the hand is very stiff, black and blue. Probably the worst contusions I have had in my life. The whole finger and a fair amount of the hand is a deep purpleblack.
But I do have some new tools in my belt tonight. Work was OK as well.
