Biscuit hit Gotcha Day #9

On January 17 I knew it was around now.

Here's what he looked like about an hour after I brought him home (Ron's foot).

He was only about 2 pounds, at 5 months old.  Not for long!

He's a very good boy and I love him so.

Overfeeding an animal is just abuse.

It's not me, he only gets 2/3 cup a day out of me. He has a cat door and I believe makes the rounds every day. I know the lady behind me feeds Cleo she probably also feeds Biscuit.

You might check out the kid's book "Six Dinner Sid"

If you kept him inside it wouldn't be a problem.

That's a stretch.

She's not shoving food down his throat.

Let me put it this way: when I met Biscuit and Gravy they had a lifespan of seconds to minutes left. That woman was determined to kill them as evidenced by her kicking them brutally in the head.

Then, a few years later, my vet wanted to put Biscuit down then and there vs. try to help him when he got blocked. I fought for him and he recovered after his surgery.

So, much like Ron, every day after that is a gift and he can have whatever he wants. Up to 2/3 cup dry food a day, a splash of milk now and then, and a few Temptations.
