Headache is a little better.

Long ride in on the bus but OK.

One thing I have realized I have a bad case of caregiver burnout.  I am DONE.  If it is something minor then sure.  Anything more I am not your person.

It started pouring after I got to work.  I just have a BAD, BAD, feeling about using Jack the day I leave.  For a ride. I will be riding with Ace tomorrow night and will beg.

Headache still around but not as bad.  Hoping mean boss is off or goes home at 4.  I need a break.

That's it for now.

Trust your gut instinct about Jack and stick to that.

Why don't you do something about these headaches instead of putting all that garbage into your system? Talk to your doctor about them, or see a neurologist. Put that money you spend on candy toward insurance so you can get help. Evidently what you're doing with your health and diet isn't working. I'm sure your dad will not be happy when he sees how much weight you gained back.

Its genetic: I get headaches when its about to rain. My aunt can get them from bright lights or strong fragrance. Both sides of my family have severe, chronic, migraines. My grandfather thought he had another migraine the day he died of a brain bleed. One of many reasons I am glad I don't have kids: they would have it to.

What I can do is get on the ball with magnesium supplements and maybe butterburr and feverfew. Both are good at preventing headaches and well tolerated.

"Put that money you spend on candy toward insurance" is the best advice.

It isn't just the headaches. You have a bent finger because you didn't get a broken finger evaluated. You have issues related to your marriage (and whatever else, none of our business) that could be addressed by therapy (available electronically now so no transportation issues). A medical emergency without insurance is breathtakingly expensive.

I had migraines every day for a long time. I finally went to a neurologist and I feel he saved my life. Common drugs didn't work for me but he tried and succeeded in finding the right one. I still got occasional headaches but they weren't as bad and didn't last as long.

There you go playing doctor again and self-medicating with stuff that you don't probably need or that won't help. Why do you think you're so damn smart by what you read online? Some day you might take a combination of something that might kill you or make you very sick.

About counseling work offers 20 sessions a year for free but I don't want work in my business. I certainly don't want them knowing my diagnosis. It would definitely affect my relationship with my boss in a BAD way.

I spend about $100 a month or so on candy that wouldn't cover insurance, best I heard was $500 a month for a crappy high deductible plan. But boss says she will "look at my hours" and maybe make me full time. If she does that I get insurance for $60 a month.

The supplements are not harmful. I have taken them before with what I am taking now.

Drugs.com is very useful for that sort of thing. But according to them my cocktail of drugs is pretty toxic anyway I got a red flag on that - but I need them to stay alive.

You are a part time Wal-Mart employee. You are eligible for very low cost health insurance through the exchange. I pray a member of your family intervenes in this matter and helps you get health insurance. You won't listen to anyone else.

"best I heard was $500 a month for a crappy high deductible plan." Unless you went on HealthCare.gov and typed in your income you have no idea how much it will be. People talk a lot of crap and most of it is untrue or just plain wrong. I can't believe you haven't even logged in to check it out for yourself.

I WENT TO THE EXCHANGE THATS WHERE I GOT THE $500 FROM! And I TALKED about this you forgetful people! (Blows raspberry, laughs)

In Texas, if you make more than 100% of the federal poverty level ($13,590 in 2023 for a single person) but less than 150% of the federal poverty level ($20,385 in 2023 for a single person) you should not have to pay anything for a policy according to every source I have found online. These were all legitimate state and federal websites.

Everyone who has left you a message about this has been respectful and is trying to help you. Blow raspberries and laugh all you like.

I went to the website. It said I would pay $500 a month they would take it out of taxes I owed at the end of the year. My last tax bill was like $200 for the year. You can see my reluctance.
