How about shoulder length bob with some layers around the face? Easy to take care of an if you have to skip trims a month or so could still put it up if it got to long
Shoulder length would look bedt with face framing layers. Whats the point of the long hair if you just pull it back in an unflattering pony tail? Even if you kept it long you can have face framing layers in the front so it's not just hanging there and making you look a lot older.
