In the very, early, morning

I went to bed early and missed a chance to talk to my aunt.  

I woke up at 2:30 raring to go so I went ahead and got up, paid the flood insurance.  Glad that is done.  They made it pretty easy.  I went with the higher value coverage it wasn't much more.  I figure I probably have the best odds of flooding vs. other problems.  And, as I found out a few years ago, floods are very expensive.   

Went back to bed, woke up at 7:30, weight 189.8.  Very happy to see those numbers.  It would be great if I can continue to lose or at least stay the same while I'm out there.  There will be a lot of very good food though.  

I need to cook up some ground turkey and take a shower.
