With allergies it is definitely the cats. I will figure this out.
I did the neti pot and the steroids before I left, the all day allergy pill and the cough suppressant as well.
I think I will put on a mask and change the sheets when I get home. I am also considering the chicken based live free cat food that is supposed to make them less allergic.
