On lunch

I am starting to see some of the problems talking about a Handout.

I had mentioned it in passing to a work friend before I decided to shut up.  She texted me today asking how it went.  I told her I handed out around 65 and had lunch at a taco truck.

She made a comment about "the sinners" and it made me realize many may think I go out in judgement.  I don't, like Paul said I am the #1 sinner.

I see myself more like a firefighter in a burning building trying to pull people out.  Nothing makes me cry these days but I do thinking about someone going to hell.  That's what drives me.

I am tired and considering one of my powdered energy drinks.

That's it for now!

Did you see Mike the bus driver?

Good grief you really are delusional. Just like the only people who like evangelicals are other evangelicals. The people who take Bibles are already believers and after all the Bibles are free. You are not a hero like a fireman.

I did, actually, during the Handout. He did not pick me up any of the 4 times I rode the route BUT he passed me while doing the Handout, he had stopped for passengers getting off and on, saw me, honked, waved, and grinned.

It was nice, but he didn't get out and ask for my number either so I think that's about all it will be - a honk, wave, and grin now and then.

And I beg to differ, I would say 80% of the people who take a Bible are unreached. Will they read it right now? Maybe, maybe not. They will absolutely read it after the rapture.

After the rapture it will be impossible to get your hands on a Bible so that's one reason I distribute now.

So your new made up love interest bus driver is not interested as you were advised about a long time ago. Just because a man talks to you does not mean he is interested in you. I wish you would understand that.

I have been very clear saying I am an innocent/ignorant of these things. Ron was literally the first man I dated seriously.

I am still open to the idea of a bus driver, though. He will have regular drug screens and a background check.

Here's a clue: Just because a man talks to you doesn't mean he wants to date you. If a man is interested he will ask for your phone number. If you are interested in someone you can ask them for their number.

Did she ask for advice or is she just enjoying attention. She's lonely.

Well it's a good tip.

This is very embarrassing to share but it was only recently I realized I ought to fix my hair when I got to work and not just when I left the house.

I lack what I will call "the practicals" sometimes.

What happened to your proposal to get a new hairstyle? Your hair right now makes you frumpy and old.

Well I want something easy to maintain. Also black female coworkers tend to get very angry if I cut my hair. I don't want to have to run to the hair parlor every 10 minutes either. It is odd; it is thin at the top but pretty thick at the ponytail. I will think about it some more.

Why do you care what your coworkers think? It's your hair. Seriously you dont want to cut your hair because they would get mad? That's not normal. And I agree the long hair makes you look older and more frumpy. It's not that hard to do a shoulder length cut with a combination of medium and long layers that you can get cut every 3 to 6 months. They have hair dye in the health and beauty aisle at Wal-Mart to cover the gray. You would look a thousand times better and younger too.why are you always making weird excuses? Wal-Mart has a hair dresser in the store (which may be good or bad depending on the stylist).

Well my boss is a black lady so I don't want her getting irked at me. She was giving me VERY unwanted "Hairstyle" advice some time ago I was very uncomfortable. She wanted me to straighten it. I think the waves are one of the best features.

I'm not dyeing it that is too much pain to keep up. I might do the layers though.

The salon seems to do more ethnic hair?
