Ride was late
Ron has been shouting and raving for the last hour. Exhausting. It's not worth it.

I lived with that kind of ranting for decades. My heart aches for you Heather it kills us a little each day to live with that kind of anger around us. It is toxic. Heather I wish you nothing but peace in your life you are such an amazing insightful woman with a mental health issue and honestly I believe in my heart you deserve peace and love in your life. Not this rampaging .
I used to think “if he could just hear himself” or “see himself” but honestly even when they do they may act remorseful but that is fake, the hardest thing I had to come to terms with was that he was hardwired for this. As they get older it just gets worse.
