Got a letter

From Ron's primary doc.  Wants to discuss blood test results.  - cue ominous music-

Is he alarmed?

If he is, he's not showing it. I am certain it is related to his liver.

Why send a letter? Do they not have phones in the doctors office?

Plus the man is blind so sending a letter, unless it is in braille is pretty dumb.

I think it's a legal issue "I sent him a letter". Our other doc used to just mail the test results but I think this guy does things differently. No one seemed very excited about his blood tests in the hospital, except for the anemia, so I am conflicted.

Maybe they tried to call and could not get through so they sent a letter? That is what I do

Do they have an online patient portal in which to view results ? This is very common now.

A letter is ridiculous to send to a blind man lol

Ron's cell phone is always on and he has a talker in his phone. If the doctor's office tried to call it's in his phonebook and would ID as the doc's office. I couldn't tell you why they sent the letter other than some legal BS if the test results are out of range. Which I am guessing is the case.

If nothing else, we know he was anemic, because he was so anemic in the hospital they had to give him blood. And his number still wasn't great.

We'll just have to wait about a week until he can get in there.
