A bit off topic: My mom has a mental disorder that causes her brain to hear and see things that aren't there when she's not on medication. She doesn't talk about it; she is ashamed. So it's nice to hear/read your perspective because it helps me understand my mom.
I chuckle when you talk about how important it is to take medication consistently and see the doctor. I know! I nearly lost my mom.
