I get frustrated at times with other Christians.
For instance, if something tragic happens, don't gossip about it, blame the victims (I was a victim of that after Ron's accident and it's kicking someone when they're down), or use it to boost your conspiracy theory.
How about this? And I just ranted this: how about you pray for those affected by the tragedy? How about you pray for the victims, family, and friends? Do you think that would please Jesus?
Do you think conspiracy theories, gossip, and finger-pointing please Him? I don't.
Let's for a moment, assume that you are right. The tragedy is just a government conspiracy, designed to draw attention from something else and impede your rights.
Flapping your jaws about it, assuming you are right, will just make *you* a target! That doesn't sound very smart!
You know what works for someone in pain? "I'll be praying for you." Even better: "How can I pray for you and your loved ones?"
That's what they need; that's what shares God's love with them, reached or unreached. I have never had someone get angry at me for praying. Never. Even the pagans and the polyamorists are happy to get prayer.
The thought that someone will take the time to intercede, on your behalf, with God, is powerful. So do that instead.
If you can help in a tangible way, do that. One wonderful man used to bring me reading material when I was caring for Ron. I didn't have a TV or even a newspaper. But I had the books he brought and they meant the world to me.
Another awesome person took me to Walmart. For someone without transportation, that was huge. She didn't rush me or judge anything I put in the cart. She even bought me a hamburger on the way home.
I have never forgotten their kindness, and I truly believe that's how God wants us to act.
