Well it's a good thing I'm still full from my breakfast. I opened my lunch and I had brought lentils, by themselves. I don't remember doing that. They were delicious. I am curious to see how "filling,". No cheese no rice just - lentils.
I had plenty of protein with breakfast. It was a good meal, it's a really good recipe. One I will be using again.
Buddy asked me once if I was (one of those creative cooks). I didn't think so at the time but I do now. The nice thing about the lentils they are 100% vegetarian and could easily be made vegan. And lentils have a ton of fiber. I love cooking with them and, even though they are more expensive, they are cheap.
Also I could put some meat in there if I wanted. So, not a loss.
I guess I will have the pork roast for dinner?
