I have gardened for my entire adult life beit on a balcony (in Texas actually where I learned about fired ants!!! YIKES!!!) ..to now (I have a half acre and a huge portion is for the gardens) it helps so much with mental and physical health to just get out there and get dirt under your nails ..and the smells!!!
