Saturday morning at work

I have to be careful what I write.  I can say I worked last night and got a lot done.  And then they had me come in Saturday morning, day 6 of working in a row.  I only got about 4 hours of sleep.

I thought it was very cute, the stray cat only meowed outside after my alarm went off and I turned on the light.  I gave it some food on the back porch (off my bedroom) and some head scratches which were greatly appreciated.  Biscuit watched.  He was interested but not concerned.  I let him sniff my hand, he wasn't bothered.

Working name right now is "Sweetie" that is gender neutral and appropriate for kitty's personality.

I caught the bus.  I had the flashlight on my phone and was wearing a safety vest.  I don't like it though.  I need a simpler vest.  I need to dig around in my closet.

The buses were pretty empty.  It's cold, it's early, it's the weekend.  I am tired.  The break room is freezing cold.  An associate I suspect has a terrible home life is sleeping.  She always stays at least an hour after she gets off.  Most of us run out of here like we're being chased.  She just left.  75 minutes after getting off.

I remember many times I would dread coming home.  What would I find?  How would he be?

I don't miss that, and one reason I haven't been in a hurry to date again.

That's it for now.
