Today's a better day.

My mood is better and I feel great. I'm down the pounds I was up due to my cycle... and that's wrapping up as I type. I hope this sticks for a few weeks!

Hm. The sound of a very fat cat jumping outside. Must be Bubba!

Time to eat a sausage on a stick and take my pills, it ought to be a busy day today.

I am so glad you are doing better ...while it is at a much lower level and controled by Effexor I hae hormonal mood cycles that can be very complicated and miserable ..that combined with the massive emotional trauma I had ..well long story so I do understand (albiet on a lesser level) how hard it can be ....I "check myself" everyday and know in a minute where I am going with my moods ..it can be so hard sometimes

what is a sausage on a stick? do you have a recipe?

take good care and again thank you so much for your inspiration and honesty ..I know you help many people with your words and hard work in moderating your illness

(((hugs))) You're very sweet, that's why I write, I hope it helps others as much as it helps me. I also hope to help de-stigmatize mental illness as much as possible.

I get the sausage on a stick at Walmart. It's a 9 inch long sausage, probably 8 ounces or so, impaled on a wooden stick. They run about $1.50, already cooked from the deli (I have a superwalmart). Tasty! Easy!
