I try to live right to honor God and keep His commandments. It's not hard to call in a compliment for a diligent bus driver, or bring them a snack.
But, at the end of it, even if you're an atheist it's worth getting a reputation as a nice person. Today I was stuck halfway across the street when the bus came. I waved at him and made "please" movements with my hands. He grinned at me and gave me a thumbs up, and waited.
When I got on I had a little packet of cookies for him. And sincere thanks.
He didn't have to wait. I knew that. He knew that. But he must have felt ok having me on board because he did. No, it was not Buddy.
My head did not like the ride to work. But I made it. I am not sure what tonight will bring.
My aunt caught her LAST feral and he (we both think) is getting fixed right now. I am so proud of her. She has to get up very early to get them to the clinic and this is #4.
I sent Mom a few treats with Walmart delivery and her early present. I will tell you what it is when she gets it. I can say I sent her some chocolate which she already got.
The cats were completely awesome during my migraine and Cleo was so cute, licking my face with her fish breath.
I am starting to feel a little better.
